This past Sunday, our church spent time putting together boxes for Operation Christmas Child. The church family brought items and boxes, and then the children's church time was spent wrapping and preparing the boxes.
This week, we will drop them off, and they'll be shipped overseas to needy children. I encourage you to participate in this incredible ministry if you haven't already!
There is such joy in giving and in teaching our children that this is truly the way to be blessed...to give of yourself (your time, resources, creativity...) to bless others. I believe it truly echoes the heart of God.
