The week before Christmas, we went to share some Christmas cheer with Steven's parents. We had a nice visit, and the kids loved showing off for Grammy and Grandad. Isaac found several puzzles in the back room and completed them all to show how awesome he is at puzzles! Sarah's candles were also a hit, as always. The kids, especially Elise now, love to take the lids off the jar candles and put them back. They also like to smell the candles. Apparently I've taken them in Yankee Candle enough that they already have an appreciation for yummy smells. :) The kids were mesmerized by the cuckoo and grandmother clocks. They wanted to hear them chime continuously! Grandad even set one to chime early so that Isaac could hear it again. Sarah and Vance enjoyed seeing the kids run around, and we were grateful for some quality time with them.
